The Healing Service

... is informal and designed to make our visitors from all backgrounds comfortable as they meet with us.

The Healing Service includes: Prayer and Praise Bible reading Address from the Bible bringing into focus God's healing provision and promised blessings A musical meditation Prayer with the laying on of hands The Healing Service is held every Wednesday at 6 pm.

You are encouraged to fellowship in the Chapter House after the service over a cup of tea or coffee.

The Laying on of Hands

The Laying on of Hands is a special time when believing Christians gather and add their faith to the faith of those requesting prayer, as in James 5:14-16.

• Are posted regularly to churches and individuals when requested. Our postal congregation extends to 30 countries across the world.

The Healing Services are providing a blessing for many people. Each Wednesday night around 1 – 8 newcomers are warmly welcomed to the Service. Many people have shared their testimonies of God’s love and healing power for health, relationship difficulties or other needs.

Most Services in 2007 were led by the Acting Leader of the Healing Ministry, Rev. Chris Moroney who is also the Senior Minister at St. Andrew’s Cathedral.

Other speakers in 2007 were Philip Jensen, Dean of  Sydney, Tom Halls, Bishop Hamish Jamieson, Mark Charleston, Bishop Glen Davies.

Everyone is most welcome to attend and if you are coming by car, there is discount parking available at St. Andrew’s House Car Park in Kent St.
