About Healing
Healing relates to the wholeness of the person. Jesus' earthly
ministry was manifest through signs and wonders and many acts of healing.
This Christian Ministry of healing reaches out to everyone, offering
God's answer to personal needs and a Christian concern for troubled people, a
loving and believing fellowship and, most importantly, a reality of God's
blessing and peace.
The Vision Of The Healing Ministry
To make known through its teaching and
ministry, the redemptive work of our Lord Jesus Christ as it relates to the
healing of the whole person, and to equip and encourage others to be
involved in the fulfilling of the vision.
The Objectives of the Healing Ministry are:
- To provide a healing ministry that is Bible-based, centred on the
redemptive work of Christ, and dependent on the Holy Spirit.
- To help other believers become involved in the healing ministry of the
church by sharing our resources with them and through personal
encouragement.
- To seek to build up the body of Christ
by encouraging believers to participate in all the ministries offered at
the Cathedral and at the Healing Ministry Centre.
